Giulia Di Patrizi

Born in Rome, Italy, I developed a passion for movement and physical expression at an early age, beginning my journey with contemporary dance at just six years old through the Martha Graham method. My foundational training included extensive experience in Mat Pilates, Feldenkrais method, and Gyrokinesis. Over the years, I have performed and studied across Italy, culminating my training at the age of 20 before relocating to London.

Throughout my life, I have navigated the challenges of compensated scoliosis and Hypermobility Syndrome. Contemporary dance and Pilates, alongside various physical activities encouraged by my mother, have been instrumental in managing my pain. The experiences during my pregnancy deepened my understanding of these challenges, leading me back to Pilates, where I discovered its transformative benefits. Motivated by my journey, I pursued certifications in Pilates, including:

• Level 3 Mat Pilates with Future Fit

• Pre-Post Natal Pilates with Active IQ

• Reformer Pilates with Ten Health and Fitness

• Aerial Yoga, Aerial Pilates, and Aerial Conditioning with Circus Fit

• A BTec Level 5 in Soft Tissue Therapy from NLSSM

• Level 1 Hypopressive Exercise

I believe in the significance of slow, controlled, and precise movement, fully engaging Mind and Body, as they cannot work separately.

My motto:

“Take care of your body, it is the only house you have to live in for the rest of

your life.”
