As we delve deeper into the practice of Hypopressive exercises, we invite you to join our ongoing online sessions. This course, designed for mixed ability levels, offers five 30-minute streamed sessions each week. Understanding that life can be unpredictable, we provide playback options at the end of each week, allowing you the flexibility to catch up on missed sessions at your own pace.
Each session will bring something new, an evolving journey that I will outline at the start of each week or block. Please ensure you have mastered the unique breathing technique prior to joining, as it forms the foundation of our practice.

To create a space conducive to your growth and focus, you will need:
A camera: Essential for our interactive sessions, allowing me to guide you and observe your progress.
A mat or comfy carpet: Some of our poses require kneeling, so comfort is key.
An exercise band and a massage ball: These tools will aid in various exercises, enhancing your experience.
Space to move about: Ensure you have enough room to fully engage in the exercises without restriction.

7am - Full flow with rocking
Full flow with a little challenge via the rocking
9.30am - Single leg focus
This class will look at working with a single leg focus - poses used will be freya, split stance aura, side lying clam and Aphrodite
Tuesday
7pm - Somatic movement & Hypopressives combined
We will be exploring the steeple, rag doll and green light,red light patterns and a release for the neck and spine - with apnoea breaths combined with the movement patterns
Wednesday
7am - Quadruped focus - progressing, Gaya, Maya and Isis from beginner to advanced
2.30pm - Weights class - Supine, shoulders, back & abs
Chest press, diamond press, shoulder crusher, overhead pullover and dead bug
Friday
7am - Supine focus class looking at rotation and some prone
10.15am - Build a flow with 3 poses - Hestia, Demeter, aphrodite

7am - Arms, Arms, Arms
Focusing on how and why we use the arms - what are trying to activate and how - beginning with a the basics adding spirals and tensioning
9.30am - Just the foundational flow
This will have some quadruped poses
Tuesday 7pm - Advanced flow
Using neck flexion and extension - Athena, persephone, split stance Aura, Gaya into Calisto crawling
Wednesday
7am - Breath and Apnoea combo session
Exploring breath work modalities alongside the apnoea
2.30pm - Weights
Back, shoulders and abs
Looking at reverse row, row, chest press supine, overhead reach and dead bug
Friday
7am -Supine - suitable for everyone
10.15am - Combo class - functional movement done safely for the pelvic floor combined with Hypos
You will need a chair (kitchen table style one), something to pick up off the floor that's a little heavy

7am - Aphrodite Focus & monster walk
Looking at Hypopressive bridge pose - all levels
You will need a yoga block, a loop band, an exercise band, a small weight or can of beans, and a pilates small ball or cushion
9.30am - Intermediate Flow
Intermediate flow - using a combination of poses and breathfun

2.30pm - Weights class
will be doing a combination of reverse lunge and squat - no weights needed for this one
Friday
7am - Supine flow
Slow paced flow - spending more time in each pose - playing about a little with breath for some challenge
10.15am - 3 poses - Aura, Gaya and Maya
