The Grounded Pelvis

Join me at the serene Wellness Barn from 1.30-4.30pm for an immersive journey into breath.

I am a Senior Master Trainer in Hypopressives (a holistic method that uses breath and posture to reawaken your core and pelvic floor). I am also a somatic movement specialist and a TRE® Provider.

As you can see I am very passionate about unlocking our bodies own natural healing potential - be that for pelvic floor healing, releasing tension or to unravel trauma and this workshop combines all these modalities.

Hypopressive breathing techniques to engage and release your pelvic floor and lift your pelvic organs.

Combined with somatic movement release techniques rooted in Feledenkaris and Thomas Hanna to unwind any stuck movement patterns

Followed by a guided TRE® Session where we will learn from our own body how to release stored tension and trauma

Whether you are new to the method or seeking to refine your expertise, this resource provides scientifically-backed insights, practical applications, and structured progressions to help optimize core stability, postural control, and pelvic floor function.

TRE®️ - Group Session

Online TRE® Group Session (Maximum 6 Participants)

Delivered via zoom on the 12th of September 11.15-12.30pm

TRE® (Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises) is a gentle, empowering method that helps your body naturally release deep muscular tension and stored stress through its innate shaking response. These neurogenic tremors allow the body to reset, soften protective patterns, and restore a greater sense of calm, balance, and resilience.

In this small online group, you’ll be guided step by step through the simple sequence of movements that activate the tremor reflex. With only 6 participants, there is plenty of space for you to feel supported, safe, and in control of your own experience.

What you’ll need:

  • A quiet space where you won’t be disturbed

  • A yoga mat or comfortable floor space (a blanket nearby for comfort is helpful)

  • Stable internet connection and camera set up so I can support you
