    1-2-1 - Taster Session

    This personalised session introduces you to the foundations of Hypopressives in a safe, supportive way. Together we’ll explore 360° breathing, the apnoea (gentle breath-hold for rib expansion and core lift), and one or two key poses tailored to your body. You’ll experience how posture, breath, and pelvic floor work together to create space, release tension, and build deep strength without strain.     Solo Hypopressives (6 Weeks)

    This focused six-week programme is perfect if you’d like to build strong foundations in breath and posture while learning the Hypopressive Method step by step. You’ll receive 3 personalised 1:1 sessions with me (spaced every two weeks) where we’ll cover breathwork, the apnoea, and progressive Hypopressive poses tailored to your body. Between sessions, you’ll follow a structured home practice plan of 15–20 minutes every second day, helping you gain confidence and consistency. By the end, you’ll have a clear understanding of the method and a practice you can continue independently.

    This 12-week programme is ideal if you want structure and guidance while still enjoying the freedom to practise independently. Across 6 personalised 1:1 sessions (every two weeks), we’ll fully integrate Hypopressives, TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release), somatic release, mobility work, and strength progressions to support your pelvic floor and whole-body function.     Block Book Your Classes – Up to 24 Sessions a Month

    Block booking is the best way to stay consistent and enjoy variety in your practice. With up to 24 live classes each month, you’ll explore Hypopressives, release work, and functional movement, all designed to support your pelvic floor and whole body.

    Classes are short and manageable (30–40 minutes), with options for every level:

    15 - Apnoea check

    This focused mini-session is designed to help you fine-tune your Hypopressive apnoea technique. If you’ve already started practising Hypopressives but feel unsure about your rib opening, posture, or overall flow, a quick check-in can make all the difference. In just 15 minutes, I’ll observe your apnoea, offer precise adjustments, and guide you through simple cues to ensure you’re practising safely and effectively. It’s also a great opportunity to troubleshoot any challenges and build confidence in your practice. A short, supportive reset that keeps your progress on track and helps you get the most from every session.

As we delve deeper into the practice of Hypopressive exercises, we invite you to join our ongoing online sessions. This course, designed for mixed ability levels, offers five 30-minute streamed sessions each week. Understanding that life can be unpredictable, we provide playback options at the end of each week, allowing you the flexibility to catch up on missed sessions at your own pace.

Each session will bring something new, an evolving journey that I will outline at the start of each week or block. Please ensure you have mastered the unique breathing technique prior to joining, as it forms the foundation of our practice.

  • To create a space conducive to your growth and focus, you will need:

    • A camera: Essential for our interactive sessions, allowing me to guide you and observe your progress.

    • A mat or comfy carpet: Some of our poses require kneeling, so comfort is key.

    • An exercise band and a massage ball: These tools will aid in various exercises, enhancing your experience.

    • Space to move about: Ensure you have enough room to fully engage in the exercises without restriction.

    With these preparations, you are ready to immerse yourself in the transformative journey of Hypopressive exercises. Let's continue this path of healing and strength together.

    We will explore Aphrodite all ways - you will need a ball (small pilates/or cushion) and an exercise band

    10.15am - Intermediate flow - with two breaths in between apnoeas
