With a background in yoga, reflexology, reiki, forest therapy, nutrition, and now certified in Level 1 Hypopressives, I bring a holistic and compassionate approach to well-being.
Through Kind Earth Wellness, I support women — especially during transitions like postnatal recovery, perimenopause, or burnout — to reconnect with their breath, core, and inner strength. My focus is gentle, intentional care: creating space for real rest, embodied movement, and grounded healing.
