12-Week Pelvic Floor Programme — 6 Sessions with Me

This programme is designed for women who are ready to move beyond Kegels, quick fixes, and guesswork — and instead learn how to truly support their pelvic floor as part of their whole-body system.

Across 6 personalised 1:1 sessions (every two weeks), we’ll work step by step to integrate:

  • Hypopressives — retraining breath, posture, and reflexive pelvic floor function without a squeeze

  • TRE® (Tension & Trauma Release) — calming the nervous system and releasing stored tension through natural tremor (read more about TRE® here)

  • Somatic release — uncovering and letting go of hidden holding patterns so your body can move with more ease

  • Mobility work — freeing up the joints, fascia, and chains that influence your pelvic floor every day

  • Strength progressions — building safe, functional strength so your body can handle life’s demands with real confidence

Alongside our sessions, you’ll follow a tailored 12-week home plan designed around your unique body, lifestyle, and goals. This isn’t about following a generic exercise sheet, it’s about creating a rhythm that helps your pelvic floor recover and stay strong long after the programme ends.
