Personal training with me is about more than fitness. It’s about feeling strong, supported, and capable in your body at every stage of life.

What the programme includes

Each 1:1 training block is made up of 6 personalised sessions, fully tailored to your needs, goals, and current fitness level. Sessions may include:

  • KO8 suspension training — versatile, low-impact strength and stability work

  • Bodyweight conditioning — functional moves to build resilience in everyday life

  • Dumbbells and kettlebells — progressive loading to increase strength safely

  • Mobility work — keeping joints, fascia, and muscles moving freely to stay injury-free

If you’ve already learnt Hypopressives or experienced TRE®, we can weave these into your training for a truly integrated approach, strengthening not just your muscles but your whole system.
