Hypopressives are a gentle yet powerful method that retrains the way you breathe and hold your posture, helping your pelvic floor and core to work more reflexively. Instead of squeezing, Hypopressives use specific breathing techniques and poses to reduce downward pressure, lift the pelvic organs, and restore balance to your whole system. They can be life-changing for those navigating prolapse, leaking, or core recovery, but they’re also valuable for anyone wanting to future-proof their pelvic health.

Learning Hypopressives with a personalised plan is the best way to begin. Every body is different, and how you breathe, move, and carry tension will be unique to you. Working with me 1:1 means we can tailor the method to your body, address your posture, and make sure you build your practice step by step with confidence. Over 6 weeks you’ll have the tools, guidance, and structure to create a solo practice that really works for you.

Option 1: Online

  • 3 live sessions with me on Zoom (one every two weeks)

  • Personalised video recap after each session

  • 20-minute daily home practice plan

  • Ongoing support if you need questions answered

  • Practise from the comfort of your own home, wherever you are

Option 2: In Person

  • 3 one-to-one sessions with me in person (East Lothian/Edinburgh)

  • Hands-on guidance and posture adjustments

  • 20-minute daily home practice plan

  • In-person support to make sure every detail feels right in your body

  • Spaces are very limited for in-person sessions and usually book out quickly. If you’d like to secure your spot, I recommend booking early.

By the end of 6 weeks, you’ll have a confident solo Hypopressives practice you can continue independently, with the knowledge of how to progress safely at your own pace. This is the perfect foundation for your pelvic health journey.
