8 Week Embodiment Course
Live Combo Group Classes & TRE®
Join me in Haddington for an 8-week live series blending breathwork, gentle release, movement exploration, Hypopressives and TRE®. Each week we’ll explore a different area of the body, from the rib cage, pelvis and spine to shoulders, knees and whole-body integration. These classes will help you understand how tension, posture, breath and movement patterns affect your body, including your pelvic floor. A supportive space to slow down, reconnect, release and learn simple tools you can take into daily life.

Join me for a small, supportive online TRE® workshop from the comfort of your own home.
In this 75-minute session, I’ll guide you through gentle preparation work before moving into TRE® — the body’s natural tremor response — to help release held tension, calm the nervous system and reconnect with your body.
This workshop is kept intentionally small, with a maximum of 8 spaces, so you can feel safely guided and supported throughout.
You do not need any previous TRE® experience. Just bring yourself, a mat or comfortable space to lie down, and a blanket or cushion if you’d like extra support.
