A pelvic floor–safe, breath-led programme to rebuild trust, strength and confidence

Move with confidence again — without fear of consequences

The Abby Method: Get Set, Go is a 12-week small-group programme for women who want to move, exercise and live more freely, but feel held back by pelvic floor symptoms, fear of leaking, heaviness, or “what happens after”.

This is not a quick fix.
It’s a carefully guided process that helps your body feel safe enough to move again.

If any of this sounds familiar, you’re in the right place

You might be:

  • avoiding longer walks, hills, classes or holidays

  • leaking when tired, rushing or lifting

  • feeling pelvic heaviness or pressure by the end of the day

  • bracing your core “just in case”

  • holding your breath without realising

➡️That’s not failure.
➡️That’s a protective nervous system doing its job.

This programme gives your body a new experience, one it can trust.

What is Get Set, Go?

A 12-week pelvic health programme combining:

  • Hypopressives

  • Breath-work and apnoea (safely taught)

  • Nervous system regulation (TRE®️)

  • Release work (Franklin Method®, fascia-led movement)

  • Pilates-inspired and body-weight strength

  • Real-life movement integration

All taught through The Abby Method — strength without strain, from the inside out.

How the programme works

  • 6 live small-group sessions over 12 weeks

  • Time between sessions to practise, integrate and feel real change

  • Clear progression, we don’t rush the “go” part

  • Small, supportive group environment

This is preparation FOR THE REST OF YOUR LIFE!

What we focus on

✔ regulating pressure through breath
✔ calming a protective nervous system
✔ reducing pelvic floor gripping and over-activity
✔ building reflexive, functional core support
✔ strengthening hips, glutes and posture safely
✔ transferring skills into daily life

No RANDOM squeezing.
No pushing through.
No ignoring symptoms.

Results women commonly notice

By the end of 12 weeks, many women say:

  • “I’m moving without overthinking my pelvic floor.”

  • “I trust my body again.”

  • “I feel stronger and calmer.”

  • “My world feels bigger.”

This programme is NOT for you if…

  • You want a fast fix or hack

  • You believe pelvic floor health = more squeezing

  • You want intensity without awareness

  • You’re not willing to slow down at the start

  • You want to be told what to do without listening to your body

This isn’t a bootcamp.
It’s not “push through it”.
And it’s not about overriding signals.

This programme IS for you if…

  • You want pelvic floor–safe strength

  • You’re living with prolapse symptoms, leaking or pelvic pressure

  • You’re postpartum or rebuilding after surgery

  • You feel stuck between fear and frustration

  • You want guidance that is calm, intelligent and human

  • You’re ready to rebuild trust — not force confidence

You don’t need to be brave or hide how you are feeling.
You just need to begin.

Ready to Get Set?

You don’t have to leap.
You don’t have to prove anything.

Questions??

  • No. This programme is suitable for beginners and those returning after a break. Everything is taught progressively.

  • Yes. The programme is specifically designed with prolapse symptoms, leaking, heaviness and pressure in mind.

  • Yes — provided you’ve been cleared for gentle exercise by your healthcare provider.

  • That fear is exactly why this programme exists. We prioritise safety, pacing and nervous system regulation.

  • Life happens. The structure allows space to integrate rather than fall behind.

  • Both. Sustainable pelvic floor change requires both.

  • Some women continue into group classes, some repeat the programme, some choose 1:1 support — but everyone leaves with tools they can use in daily life.

What the course will look like

  • We have fun exploring where our bodies are right now in this time and place. Where tension lives, where we notice an absence of awareness. Reframing our self talk and looking at the pelvic floor and how we could use pelvic floor exercises in a different way.

  • We will focus on breath, what feels good for our posture and what doesn’t. Learn a couple of lovely release exercises and repeat them a few times so we feel comfortable doing it on our own. We will also learn about noticing and listening to our inner voice.

  • We will dive into our nervous system in a gentle soft way, releasing stored tension and trauma and learning the exact steps so we can continue the practice throughout the rest of our lives.

  • We will look at how the posture choices we make have a direct impact on our body and our pelvic floor. We will be doing the Franklin Method@ Pelvic power workshop - exploring the anatomy and the movement that will help us to regain a juicy and functional pelvic floor.

  • In this session we will be exploring how we can use breath and the unique breath technique to activate our internal organs and pelvic floor. Laying really great foundations for you to use this practice as part of your daily movement plan.

  • We are going to look at our relationship to rest… and create a short daily programme of movement and rest that you can use going forwards to help you to truly feel like you can trust your body again, because you have a deeper understanding of how it works and how it is all connected.
