You’ll fill in a simple form and send me a couple of short videos (I’ll guide you step-by-step). From there, I personally analyse how your body is moving, breathing, and managing pressure—and pinpoint what might be contributing to your symptoms.
You’ll then receive a customised video (via Loom) where I share:
