    This isn’t another “squeeze and hope for the best” pelvic floor class. This is where you finally learn how your body actually works, through breath, posture, and gentle activation that helps everything in your body start to work together.

    The Hypopressive Mini Course is the easiest, most affordable way to start. It’s self-paced, practical, and designed for real life (read this as: you can do it in your PJs). No equipment, no pressure, no stress.

    You’ll learn how to retrain your breath, restore natural support for your pelvic organs, and calm your nervous system and all from the comfort of home. This will give you the tools to be able to get the most from the following amazing offers.

I’ve been where you are. And for over a decade, I’ve helped women recover from prolapse, incontinence, and postnatal trauma.

I’m the UK’s only Senior Master Trainer in Hypopressives, creator of The Abby Method, and co-founder of the International Hypopressive Council.

My work blends Hypopressives, TRE®, somatic release, and functional movement — giving you a complete, body-aware path to recovery.
